Organizational Growth
Building the roles, systems, processes, and management practices needed as an organization becomes larger or more complex.
I help leaders turn complexity into clear priorities, workable systems, and sustainable operations.
I’m Emily Dexter, founder of Concierge Business Services and an experienced organizational leader based in Port Angeles, Washington.
For more than 25 years, my work has crossed business management, executive leadership, financial oversight, team development, project management, governance, compliance, office administration, and process improvement. I understand both the strategic decisions leaders are expected to make and the administrative details that determine whether those decisions succeed.
My leadership experience includes helping a community nonprofit navigate rapid growth, expand its staff and services, manage multimillion-dollar operations, strengthen financial and compliance systems, and build the internal structure needed to serve a changing community. That experience taught me that growth does not simply create more work. It changes the systems, roles, communication, and leadership an organization needs.
I founded Concierge Business Services to help other leaders build that capacity without assuming they must immediately hire an entire administrative department.
I begin by listening and learning how the organization actually operates. Then I help separate urgent symptoms from underlying problems, establish priorities, and design solutions that fit the organization’s size, resources, people, and goals.
Strong operations connect people, priorities, processes, and accountability. My work brings those pieces together.

Connecting strategy with budgets, calendars, responsibilities, documentation, compliance requirements, and everyday execution.
Clarifying expectations, strengthening communication, supporting managers, and creating systems that help people succeed.
Working with boards, funders, partners, staff, and volunteers in environments where trust and relationships matter.
You need an honest understanding of what is happening now and a practical place to begin.
