Administrative Leadership
Priorities, work plans, responsibilities, calendars, documentation, and implementation support.
Shared administrative leadership and specialist support can help a small nonprofit strengthen its operations without building a complete internal department.
Express InterestA small nonprofit may be expected to manage employment requirements, financial reporting, grants, technology, insurance, board governance, policies, contracts, and compliance with only one or two staff members.
Executive directors and program leaders often absorb this work even when it falls outside their strongest skills or takes them away from the mission.
Concierge Business Services is developing a shared-services model that gives smaller nonprofits access to experienced administrative leadership and coordinated specialists at a scale they can use.
Each organization receives a defined service plan based on its priorities, existing capacity, and level of risk.
Priorities, work plans, responsibilities, calendars, documentation, and implementation support.
Budget and reporting processes, internal controls, documentation, and coordination with the organization’s bookkeeper or accountant.
Personnel systems, onboarding, policies, documentation, and coordination with qualified HR professionals.
Board calendars, meeting systems, policies, role clarity, committee structure, and governance support.
Award files, deadlines, reporting systems, documentation, and coordination with grant professionals.
Technology planning, vendor coordination, secure file practices, access controls, and implementation support.
Each organization begins with an assessment of its current administrative systems and priorities. Concierge Business Services then develops a defined service plan and coordinates the appropriate combination of direct support and specialist expertise.
Concierge Business Services is exploring a pilot that would provide a small cohort of Clallam County nonprofits with shared administrative support, organizational assessments, individualized improvement plans, specialist access, and peer learning.
The pilot is currently in the discovery and development stage. Expressing interest does not create a commitment or guarantee participation. Information from interested organizations will help determine whether the model is needed, which services would be most valuable, and how a pilot could be structured.
